Patnesky, Jr.; her sons, Michael Patnesky (Tracie) of Raleigh, NC and Todd Patnesky (Debra) of Colorado Springs, CO.; her grandchildren, Alexandra, Garrett Patnesky of Raleigh, Matthew and Grace Patnesky of Colorado Springs, CO; and her niece Kimberly Mottiqua (Joe) of Pittsburgh, PA..
