He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie N. Bulls, Sr. and Minnie Stieh Bulls; his brothers, E. N. Bulls, Jr. and James Alton Bulls, Sr.; and his sisters-in-law, Madeline Bulls and Kathleen Bulls.
He is survived by: his children, Gene Donald Bulls, Jr., Letitia Lynn Austin and Donna Jean Story (Hunt); his siblings, Nancy Pheiffer (Leroy), Sue Early (Milton), Dr. Bob Bulls, Jack Bulls (Judy) and Hugh Bulls; and his granddaughter Reba C. Ricks. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services will be private and the family suggests memorial donations be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, 4301 Wilson Blvd, Suite 300 Arlington, VA 22203 (703-524-7600).
