She was predeceased by: her parents, Abram Edward Norfleet and Edla Archer Norfleet; her husband Elle Hugh Bailey; and her siblings, Marianna N. Whitley, Robert A. Norfleet and William F. Norfleet.

She is survived by: her children, Janet O'Neal of Virginia Beach, Terry Cornwell of Franklin, Hugh Bailey of Richmond and Ronald Bailey (Janie) of Chesapeake; her siblings, Margaret N. Saunders of Chester and Abram E. Norfleet, Jr. of Stony Creek; her grandchildren, Matt Bailey, Shannon Hein (Steve), Nathan Bailey, Abe Bailey, Leah Keesling (Stuart), Ryan Bailey, Jacob Bailey (Jon), Dale Cornwell (Amber) and Adam Cornwell (Tonya); her stepgrandchildren, Mitzy Cromwell, Kelly Cromwell and Benjamin O'Neal; and her great grandchildren, Brianna Bailey, Kingston Hein, Alex Hein, Elliott Keesling, Isaiah Cornwell, Kai Cornwell, Christian Cornwell and Cheyanne Cornwell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8PM Saturday in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
