He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Judson Bridgers and Vera Lee Collier Bridgers; and his son Jonathan David Bridgers. He is survived by: his wife Dollie Sopko Bridgers; his daughter Jennifer B. Whitley (Jason); his siblings-in-law, Jerry and Senetha Sopko; and his niece Hannah K. Sopko.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
