She is survived by: her husband Franklin R. Smith, Sr.; her children, Brandon Jackson Rutherford (Erin), Joshua Randolph Smith and Christina Nicole Simpson; her stepchildren, Franklin R. Smith, Jr. (Robben) and Jennifer Marie Smith Strunk (Joy); her grandchildren, Isaiah, Cameron, Kelsey, Savannah, Logan Rutherford, Kaylee Keir, James, Pamela, Bonnie and Virginia Smith; her siblings, Rose Fletcher (Larry) and George Walker (Ann); her aunts, Mary, Betty and Gertie; her close friends, Pamela Mitura, Tonya Dysart and Amanda Keir; her former husband Kenneth Rutherford; her nieces and nephews, Melinda, Jennifer, Chris and Shawn; and her children, Bobo and Snowball.
