He is survived by: his children, Jacque Davis Spratley (Whitley), Ebony Spratley Larry (Christopher) and David Eugene Harris, Jr.; his siblings, Rhonda D. Harris (Samuel), Angela H. Lenoir (Nick), Robin J. Parham (Antonio), Terri L. Cambell, Vanessa R. Cannady, Randi Loft, Caron Lott and Donald Newsome (Nicole); his aunts, Ragina Humphrey and Jaqueline Harris; his fiancée Pamela Peterson; his aunts and uncles, Jannie, Gracie, Gloria, Gary, Terry, Agnes and James Thomas; and his siblings, Chris Johnson, Deidra J. Hill and Laurice Parham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Metropolitan Funeral Service (120 W Berkley Ave, Norfolk, VA 23523). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
