He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret Stone Vick; his children, Vicky V. Baker (Tim) and Stephan Milton Vick (Teresa); his sister Betty Vick Everett (Marvin); his grandchildren, Stone L. Baker and Hayden M. Vick; and his sister-in-law Linda N. Vick.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to Franklin Baptist Church or the Virginia State Police Association.
