With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bennie Evick of Franklin, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fred Evick and Mary Edith Evick (Hoover); his son David Lynn Evick; and his siblings, William Frederick Evick, Richard Franklin Evick, Buddy Lee Evick, John Anthony Evick, Norma Arlene Swadley, Etta Margaret "Bunny" Lambert and Mary Carolyn Keplinger.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Mohler (Brian) and Charles Steven "Steve" Evick (Sharon); his siblings, Nina Josephine "Jody" Olkowski (Ed) and Ernest Coatney "Cody" Evick (Helen) of Franklin; his daughter-in-law Laura Evick; his sister-in-law Julia Ann Evick; and his grandchildren, Madison Faith Evick, Kyle David Evick, Cole Brian Mohler and Bree Kimberly Mohler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kimble Funeral Home (80 S Main St, Franklin, WV 26807). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
