With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen M Ramsey of Fort Valley, Virginia, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on February 2, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Fulton Alfred Ramsey; her parents, Francis Stuart and Lyla Pease VanFleet; her daughter-in-law Rosa Ramsey; her brother George; and her sister-in-law Virginia VanFleet.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Ramsey (Connie) of Front Royal, Jay Ramsey (Louise) of Fort Valley, Gary Ramsey (Olivia) of Fort Valley and Chris Ramsey (Patricia) of Front Royal. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
