She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert Shipe and Eunice Eva Tamkin Shipe; her siblings, Robert Shipe, Curtis Shipe and Lesta Shipe; and her grandson Dustin Heishman.

She is survived by: her husband Cecil W. Heishman; her children, Phillip Heishman, Larry Heishman and Peggy H. Plauger (Terry); her grandchildren, Bradley Dooley (Nicci), Danny Dooley, Alethea Heishman and Calvin Heishman; and her great grandchildren, Allen Heishman, Warren, William, Walker, Mickey Dooley and Claire McClung.
