He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Foltz and Lena Foltz (Alice). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Foltz; his children, Alan Foltz (Jodie) of Maurertown, VA, Lewie Foltz (Valerie) of Gunnison, CO, Jamie Foltz-Baker (Chris) of Edinburg, VA, Erin Clark (Travis) of Luray, VA and Tara Foltz-Gearhart of Fleming Island, FL; and his siblings, Ronald Foltz (Nancy) of Gainesville, VA and Linda Russell (Sheldon) of Valley Lee, MD. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
