She is survived by: her husband Edward Skaggs of Fort Valley, VA; her children, Scott Fularz of Fort Valley, VA and Lynn Fularz Hoyle (David) of Springfield, VA; her stepchildren, Jesse Skaggs (Angela) and Jennifer Paulachok (Phillip); her siblings, Pamela Foltz of Fort Valley, VA, Laure King of Fort Valley, VA and Leonard Jackson Jr.; her grandson Joshua Hoyle; her stepgrandchildren, Vanessa Long, Nicholas Paulachok, Mason Skaggs and Serena Skaggs; and her stepgreat-grandson Reese Long.
