It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Louis Saffell (Fort Valley, Virginia), born in Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Louis Saffell and Thelma May Habron Saffell; and his sister Beverly Ann Saffell Runion. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Runion of Fort Valley, Ricky Saffell of Fort Valley and Mike Saffell of Mt. Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
