He was predeceased by: his parents, Elroy Emert and Cora Emert. He is survived by: his wife Linda Emert of Texarkana, Arkansas; his children, Jeanna Kinnebrew of Boston, Angie Cox, Allen Mays of Stephenville, Brad Mays of Smyrna and Justin Emert of Texarkana, Arkansas; and his brothers, Curtis Emert (Brian Emert) and Thirteen. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
