He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edwin and Ola Belle Cline (Garber); his daughter DeeDee McManamay; and his brother Quinten Cline. He is survived by: his children, Dean E. Cline (Jane), Marla C. Chambers (James "Jim") of Mt. Sidney and Vickie O. Cline of Mt. Sidney; his stepchildren, Bruce H. Lovelace of Churchville and Denise Flora (Allen) of Frederick, Maryland; his son-in-law John McManamay of Staunton; and his siblings, Paul E. Cline (Kathleen) of Fort Defiance and Phyllis C. Burcham (Earl) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
