He is survived by: his wife Rachel Marie Fultz Howell; his daughters, Lisa Ellen Howell, Donna Kaye Howell Michael and Rebecca Lynn Howell Baton; and his grandchildren, Richard Hoover, Dustin Mickles, Anthony Mickles, Jake Howell, Adan Baton, Adrienne Hoover, Ashley Howell and Kaytlen Baton.
