He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Archer; his daughter Veta Craig (James) of Ft Chiswell; his brother Elmo Archer (JoLynn) of Ft Chiswell, VA; his grandchildren, Shana Copenhaver (Jacob), Lesley Catron (Scott) of Hillsville, VA and Karri Lawson (Will) of Ft Chiswell, VA; his great grandchild Kayleigh Lovern; his stepdaughter Pamela Puckett (Dennis) of Pulaski, VA; and his stepgrandchildren, Neil, Amanda, Kelly and Kasey.
