He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Pridemore and Alice E. Quillen (Compton); and his siblings, A. Eulala Gillenwater, Pridemore, Robert C., Compton Mack, Alvin W., Elbert B., Henry Kyle and Hagan B. Quillen.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jo Quillen (Gillenwater); his children, Tony Quillen (Sandy Porter) and Lisa Quillen Wells (Rick); his grandchildren, Daniel Alan Wells (Amanda), Whitney Greear, Morgan Quillen and Logan Quillen; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Kilgore, Izabella Kilgore, Noah Wells and Raelyn Wells; and his sister Mildred Dougherty (G. W.). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
