It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Lorraine Watson (Fort Blackmore, Virginia), who passed away on February 11, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Bob Dingus; her husband Odes Watson; her stepfather Fred Carver; her son Danny Watson; and her siblings, Faye Akers, Helen Lawson, Mary Carter, Rosa Vicars, John Dingus, Emmit Dingus, Roy Dingus, Troy Dingus, Charlie Dingus and Orbin Dingus.
She is survived by: her close friend Mack Pierson; her son Jeff Watson (Melinda); her siblings-in-law, Odell Lawson and Bernice Dingus; her grandchildren, Patrick Watson, Glenn Lemly (Ginny) and Deana Hass (Justin); and her siblings, Jim Dingus (Peggy), Bill Dingus (Kathy), Kate Chase, Sue Puckett and Bobbie Jo Sanders (Russell). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; 1expectant great grandson.
