She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly TiptonIn and Lillie TiptonIn (Kinkead); and her sister Shirley Jordan. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Faye Ramey; her brothers, Odis (Doc), James Kelly, Charles, Leonard, Willie and Junior; her husband Lonnie Ramey (Did); her children, Wilma Salyer (Garnie), Kathy Starnes (Jimmy), Joan Payne, Jimmy Ramey (Judy) and Joey Ramey (Diane); her grandchildren, Pamela, Amanda, Kimberly, Kaylee, Rhianna, Christopher, Jennifer and Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Collin, Maddison, Emma, Henry, RaeLyn, Remi, Nathan and Jacob; and her sister Rhonda Hall (Carl).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the Starnes Cemetery (3336 Starnes Bluff Ln, Fort Blackmore, VA 24250). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
