She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Howard Dockery Sr.; her parents, Freddie Ray and Edna Ellen Tate; her sisters, Dolly Mae "Doll" Gillenwater and Loraine "Woody" Collins; her half-sister Della Young; and her brothers, Bill Tate, Bob Tate, Ray C "Pete" Tate and Norman Tate (Bud).
She is survived by: her children, Bobby J. Dockery (Shirley), Willie H. Dockery Jr. (Cindy), Marietta Osborne (Paul) and Charlotte Mahan; and her grandchildren, Julie Dockery, Greg Ashworth, Morgan Osborne and Leslie Sowell.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dockery Family Cemetery (1384 Turkey Ridge Rd, Fort Blackmore, VA 24250).
