It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Elizabeth Richelieu in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles F. (Chuck); and her son Curtis F. Richelieu (Jackie Neal Richelieu). She is survived by: her children, Douglas J. Richelieu, Elizabeth A. Richelieu and Jacqueline M. Richelieu Brauer; her son-in-law William Brauer; and her fiancé Chuck. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and three nieces.
