She was predeceased by: her husband William Joseph Kastner; her parents, George Moore and Ethel Moore; and her siblings, Mildred Moore, Alta Golden, Comer, Wallace and Gordon Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Byrnes Kastner (Patricia) of Cream Ridge, NJ, Margaret Ellen Walsh (Raymond), Ann Marie Kastner-Clayton of Gainesville, VA, Timothy William Kastner (Tina) of Fairfax Station, VA, David Edward Kastner of Alexandria, VA and John Robert Kastner (Ji-Eun) of Vienna, VA.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
