He is survived by: his wife Courtney Collins (Ritchie) of Fort Belvoir, VA; his sons, Oliver Milo Collins of Fort Belvoir, VA and Liam Russell Collins of Fort Belvoir, VA; his siblings, Ambreia Anderson (Shane) of Grundy, VA, Taylor Ward of Cleveland, OH, Bruce Owens (Jessica) of Albany, GA, Joe Blankenship of Abingdon, VA and Wes Ritchie of Cleveland, OH; and his cousin Jason Varney of Berea, KY..
