James Robert Blackwell, Kenneth Williams Blackwell and Hazel Marie Hylton Blackwell. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lynchburg Church of the Brethren (200 Atlanta Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
