He is survived by: his wife Ann; his sons, David Pack (Sonja) of Centreville, VA and Daniel Pack (Lori) of Matthews, NC; his siblings, Wanda Davis (Gene) of Hinton, WV and Steve Pack (Rita) of Hinton, WV; his sister-in-law Ede Olsen of Forest; his grandchildren, Ashley, Chad (Rachel), Krista, Kelsey, Andrew and Justin Pack; and his great grandchildren, Rhett and Callen Pack.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be sent to Timberlake Baptist Church, Timberlake Christian School, and Bob Jones University.
