She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar Donald Pickrel, Sr.; her parents, Isaac Taylor, Sr. and Elsie Virginia Foster Taylor; and her siblings, Betty Jean Carden and Edward Hundley Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda T. Whorley (Michael) and Edgar Donald Pickrel, Jr. (Lorene); her granddaughters, Angela T. Jackson and Amber Sefcik (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Alyssa Danielle Jackson and J. T. Posey; her sisters, Mary Lee Hege and Patricia T. Doss (Glenn); her sister-in-law Dianne W. Taylor; and also Trenton Boddy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
