He is survived by: his wife Gina; his children, Kyle, Ryan, Tyler, Cody and Sydney; his parent Lynn Barlotta; and his siblings, Shawn Long, Kelly Gange, Heather Silverman, Natalie Barlotta, Patrice Ramey and Justin Barlotta. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
