He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell William Lindsay, Sr. and Marjorie Cash Lindsay; and his sister Pat Humphries. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Christie Johnson; his children, Tyler, Brandon, Debbie Howell (Mike), Ryan, Kathan, Maddie and Brooke; and his nieces and nephews, Christina Kline, Chip Hudson and Denny Humphries.
