He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma June and Oren "Happy" Slusher Williams. He is survived by: his daughter Whitney Cobey; his son-in-law Alex Cobey; his grandchildren, Katherine, William and Christopher Cobey; his siblings, Carole Carroll, Gary Williams and Troy Williams; his niece Angela Carroll; and his nephews, Sean Carroll, Darryl Williams and Connor Williams.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
