He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wilson Jones and Sarah Gaskins Jones. He is survived by: his wife Marie Whittaker Jones; his children, Sheri Jones Sites (Curtis) of Bedford and David R. Jones of Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, Amanda Jones of Bedford and Lance Jones (LJ) of Gladys; and his brother Donny L. Jones (Joy) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
