He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lackey and Shirley Lackey; and his sister Dorothy Kay Groom. He is survived by: his wife Amber Lee Lackey; his children, Angela Krystal Moore (Jeremy Edward Moore) and Brandon Neil Lackey; his grandchildren, Aiden Nicholas Moore, Emersyn Mackenzie Moore, Graham Ryan Moore, Holden Grayson Moore and Hudson Mason Moore; and his sisters, Barbara Johnson (Jackie) and Darla Bowling (Danny). He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
