He was predeceased by: his parents, Paskchal S. Puckett and Laura Puckett; and his siblings, Frances Parsons, Geri Lovett, Ernest, Benny and Bobby Puckett.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Cardwell, Sharon Ferguson, Beverly Puckett and Lavelle Puckett; and his great-nephew Marcus D. Barnes. He is also survived by his son; and several nieces and nephews.
