He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Norman Beauvais; and his grandparents, Edward 'Doc', Ruthann Summers, Noel and Gretchen Holloway.
He is survived by: his wife Kristina Beauvais Holloway; his children, Luke Andrew and Lauren Elizabeth; his siblings, David R. Holloway of Nashville, Tenn. and Michelle D. Holloway Swem (Steve Swem) of Fenwick; his mother-in-law Beverly Beauvais of Norwalk, Ohio; his sister-in-law Julie Beauvais Westcott (Jeff Westcott); and also, Howard R. Holloway and Sue A. Holloway of Houghton Lake, Mich.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
