She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles G. Kirkland and Melba Harris Kirkland. She is survived by: her husband Clyde Billingsley; her children, Lisa B. Arthur (Mike) and Charles Billingsley (Shae); her grandchildren, Tanner Jackson (Olivia), Colby Jackson, Dillon Jackson (Lexi), Caleb Billingsley and Cooper Billingsley (Emily); and her great grandchildren, James Jackson and Ava Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1710 US Hwy 441, Leesburg, Florida 34748, a church that Judy and Clyde were instrumental in planting during their ministry.
