She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brightwell and Louise McCraw Brightwell. She is survived by: her husband Paul Ray Penny; her daughter Deborah P. Miller (Richard) of Powell, OH; and her grandchildren, Sara M. Layne (Carter) of Bedford and Nathan Miller (Karissa McGinnis) of Powell, OH.
