He was predeceased by: his parents, Eutaqio Lazo and Maria Barrientos Lazo; his wife Praxides Acosta Lazo; and his son John Acosta Lazo. He is survived by: his children, Fernando Lazo (Debi) and Evangeline Lazo Woodward; his grandchildren, Madrena Ivey (Logan), Natasha Lazo and Xylina Griggs (Jerry); and his great grandchildren, London, Neyalani and Theodore. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
