He was predeceased by: his parent John Swain. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Swain; his wife Linda A. Swain; his children, James H. Swain (Sharon), Randy Swain (Valerie) and Debra Swain-Elliotte; his stepson Roderick Yuille; and his sister Vashi Hunter. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
