He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Fortney and Jean Trent; and his grandson Zachary Von Jones. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Marie Fortney; his daughters, Debra Jones (Barry) of Spout Spring, Bonnie Lipscomb (Art) of Forest and Kathy Jones (Jerry) of Forest; his brother Mark Trent (Diane) of Falls Church; his grandchildren, Christopher Jones (Lohryn), Brandon Jones (Anneliese), Matthew Lipscomb (Meghan), Michael Lipscomb (Nicole), Brandi Jones and Brian Jones; and his great grandchildren, Sydnie Jones, Eli Jones, Cole Jones, Harper Jones, Roman Lipscomb, Isla Lipscomb, Leila Lipscomb and Theodore Lipscomb.
