He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther James Sullins and Ella Marie Stiltner Sullins. He is survived by: his wife Julia Sullins; his children, Cindy Kelly (Roger) and Mike Sullins (Lisa); his granddaughters, Courtney Fizer, Charles Wilson, Tiffany Fizer and Andrew Atkins; his brother Ken Sullins (Ann); and his son-in-law Robert Fizer (Rebecca). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
