Campbell (Peggy) and Donald Campbell; his nieces and nephews, Teresa, April, Maranda, Kaley, Jessica, Rebecca, Relene, Joshua, Jonah and Jeremiah; his aunt Marie Boruff; his cousin Bubba; and his close friend Blake Isley. He is also survived by friends and family.
