Emma Jane Mann Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emma Jane Mann of Forest, Virginia, born in Big Island, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 5, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Emma Jane shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Emma Jane farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Artes A. Peters and Estelle B. Peters; and her husband James Russell Mann. She is survived by: her children, Wanda M. Paris (Bryan), Gary J. Mann and Ricky R. Mann (Cheryl). She is also survived by five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Hill Memorial Park (5196 Fort Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
The family has requested memorials in Emma's memory be made to the Lynchburg Humane Society.
