It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Henderson Grove (Forest, Virginia), who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Carter Henderson and Elsie Mae Clark Henderson; and her siblings, Walter Carter, Mary Hubbard and Marjorie Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughter Glenna Housman (John) of Forest; her grandchildren, Whitney Blandford (Jason) of Warrenton and Carrie Housman of Chantilly; her son Charles "Chuck" Whitney Grove, Jr. (Ruth) of Forest; her grandchildren, Jake Grove (Katie) of Forest and Rachel Dalton (Douglas) of Lynchburg; her great grandchildren, Emma Whitney Grove, Caroline Grace Grove, William Beckett Blandford, Easton Grove Blandford, Townes Louis Blandford and Aubrey Douglas Dalton IV; and her caregivers, Maria Blazejewicz, Monika Blazejewicz, Vicky Booth, Ada Johnson, Patricia Jones, Mamie Nowlin and Margaret Templeton.
