He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Hilary Thomas and Leila May Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Deloras Bowen; and his children, Bonnie Gordon (Hugh), Sandy Der (Jack), Steve Bowen (Ellissa), Ken Bowen (Mary), Brad Bowen (Paula) and Sherry Marinos (Mike). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
