He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Childress; his grandchildren, Remington and Dallas Morgan; his children, Mekayla, Bryan Bratton, Stephen Harris, Carrie and Shawn Campbell; his grandchildren, Lila and Kade Campbell; and his children, Christopher Childress (Jean), Jake Noel, Chloe Childress, Todd Childress (Shelley), Kyle and Allison Childress.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory (220 Breezewood Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at the Fort Hill Memorial Park (5196 Fort Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
