Hartt (Charlie), Caroline C. Rider (Ned), Bruce C. (Gottwald III), William "Hays" Gottwald, Kimberly C. "Kimmee" Gottwald and Martha E. "Lily" Gottwald; the mother of his children Kimberly Clifton Gottwald; his grandchildren, Olivia, William and Charles Hartt III; and his significant other Brooke Hankel. He was also cherished by six children.
