He is survived by: his parents, Samuel D. Floge and Jonell M. Floge (Healey) of Forest; his wife Amy Floge (Barnard); his children, Hana, Isaac, Abigail, Levi, Joseph, Esther and Gideon; and his brothers, Matthew (Sheri Floge) and David (Inger Floge). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
