With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Elizabeth Finley of Ford, Virginia, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ford; her parents, Harry Mills and Rosie Mills; her siblings, Gladys Stroupe, Edith Rotenberry, Billy Stump, Thomas and Nelson Mills; and her great grandchild Derek.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Bell (Jeff), Pamela Jarrett and Ford David Finley Jr.; her brother Robert Mills (Virginia); her grandchildren, Jeremy Clapper (Robyn), Brandi Clapper, Jeffrey Bell Jr. (Jennifer), Katie Lewis, Steven Bell, TJ Walker, Chad Bell, Travis Finley, Natalee Jarrett and Andrew Jarrett; and her great grandchildren, Joseph, Wesley, Holly, Sadie, Mason, Everly and Daisy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
