He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Leola Vaughan and Clarence Augusta Vaughan. He is survived by: his daughters, Terese Dickerson of Petersburg and Chiffon Vaughan of Colonial Heights; his stepdaughter Michelle Dickerson of Petersburg; his sons, Eugene Vaughan Jr. (Brittany) of Caroline County and Corey Roberts of Dinwiddie; his siblings, Katherine Vaughan of Petersburg and Alwyn Vaughan (Deborah) of Prince George; his sisters-in-law, Betty Vaughan of Chesterfield, VA, Charlotte Godfrey of Richmond and Carolyn Vaughan of Mississippi; and his friend Dolly Trotter (Shirley Dickerson). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
