Spicely, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Edwin Spicely and Kathleen George of Virginia Beach, VA.; his sister Vivian; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Hawkins of Petersburg, VA and Millie Spicely of Wilsons, VA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives, and friends.
